There’s always another podcast to listen to.
Another book to buy.
Another coach to hire.
Another certification to earn.
But if we’re honest, we often chase more knowledge as a way to delay action. Learning becomes a distraction disguised as progress.
It feels good. Safe. Productive.
But it’s not.
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about doing the work, even when you feel like you don’t.
You probably already know what to do:
- The conversation you’re avoiding.
- The habit you keep postponing.
- The project you haven’t started.
So no, you don’t need one more thing.
You need to trust yourself enough to begin.
