Most people never pause to ask:
“Who’s actually in charge of my thoughts?”
If your phone buzzes, you check it.
If someone is angry, you absorb it.
If the news screams panic, you feel it.
Is that freedom?
Or are we passengers in our own minds?
True leadership starts with reclaiming the driver’s seat.
Not just of others — but of yourself.
Notice your thoughts. Don’t obey all of them.
Notice your reactions. Don’t justify them.
Notice your triggers. Don’t fear them.
Your mind is a tool.
Not a tyrant.
